Registration and cancellation conditions

Registration and payment

  •  By sending us the fulfilled registration form, you agree with our payment and cancellation conditions. Please return us your registration at least 5 working days
        before the start of the training (by webtool, by mail: packaging@ibebvi.be or by fax: +32/2/464 02 39).
  • The invoice is based upon the inserted data. In case these appear to be incorrect, € 35,00 will be automatically charged for the modification of the invoice.
  • The prices per training are listed excluding VAT. Prices include: a syllabus, a sandwich lunch (only for training of 1 day or more) and the coffee breaks.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer after reception of the invoice. All our invoices are payable 30 days net.
  • After reception of your registration form we will send you a confirmation, the invoice and a routemap.

Cancellation by the customer

  • Cancellation happens all the time in writing (by mail or by post).
  • The full registration fee remains payable if we receive your written cancellation less than 5 working days before the start date of the training.
  • If you are unable to attend the training you can be, instead of cancellation, replaced by a colleague. You have to inform BPI about this by mail before the start of 
       the training.

Cancellation by BPI

  • BPI npma reserves the right to cancel a training because of organizational reasons (e.g. not enough participants), or to change the program, the date or the
       location (e.g. by disease of the lecturer, unavailability of the training room, force majeure).
  • All participants are informed as soon as possible, either through mail, or by telephone.
  • In case of cancellation, each participant gets back the integral registration fee, in case this was already paid.
  • In case of a postponement of the training, each participant can either transfer his or her registration to the new date, either cancel it free of charge.
